The 2013 Nissan GT-R can complete a quarter mile in 10.87 seconds at
maximum speed of 125.26 miles per hour. It has a 3.8-liter VR38DETT V6
DOHC twin-turbo engine and a six-speed automatic double clutch
transmission system. Its engine can develop up to 545 horsepower. The
car has a front engine, all-wheel drive layout. Fans of the anime series
called “Gundam” may see the resemblance between the car’s design and
the giant robots of the show. As a result, Nissan executives have been
extremely proud of this vehicle because it reflects Japanese culture
instead of merely copying the design of European super cars.
